1. Acceptance
By inviting or using dzbanek-bot (“the Bot”) in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the Bot and stop using it.
2. Description of service
The Bot provides music playback (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud), scheduled RSS news, Steam daily deal digests, Epic free-game announcements, wishlist sale alerts, activity statistics, and optional web admin configuration. Features may change as the open-source project evolves.
3. Discord rules
You must comply with the Discord Terms and Community Guidelines. Server owners are responsible for how the Bot is configured in their communities.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Bot to spam, harass, or violate Discord or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to exploit or overload the Bot or its API.
- Respect third-party terms (YouTube, Spotify, Steam, etc.) and copyright law.
5. Availability
The Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or accuracy of deal prices, review scores, lyrics, or news content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot’s authors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot.
